30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your Wagmino purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not return products to the address shown on the package without contacting us first, as this may not be the correct return location.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos or video showing the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a return. We also cannot accept gift cards, if offered.

Return Shipping

If a return is required because the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Wagmino will provide instructions regarding the return or replacement. For returns requested for other reasons, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
